Refund Policy

1. Our Approach
We believe you should only pay for service that genuinely helps. This policy explains what happens if a service is cancelled or does not meet its stated scope.
2. Free Initial Consultation
The first 15-minute consultation is always free. No payment is taken and no refund policy applies at this stage.
3. Single Session (¥299+)
- Cancellation before the session: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund, as preparation work will have begun.
- After the session is completed: No refund, as the service has been delivered.
4. Settle-In Package (¥1,999+)
- Cancellation before service begins: Full refund.
- Cancellation within the first 7 days of service: Refund of unused portion, minus a ¥300 administration fee.
- Cancellation after 7 days: No refund for the remaining period, as resources and coordination have been committed.
5. Semester Companion Package (¥4,999+)
- Cancellation before service begins: Full refund.
- Cancellation within the first 14 days: Refund of unused portion, minus a ¥500 administration fee.
- Cancellation after 14 days: No refund for the remaining period.
6. Custom and Group Services
Refund terms for custom or group engagements are stated in the individual service confirmation. These terms take precedence over this general policy.
7. Service Failure
If we are unable to deliver a service as described in the written confirmation due to reasons on our side, we will offer either:
- A full refund of the affected portion, or
- An alternative service of equivalent value — your choice.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email elsie2005@gmail.com with your name, service type, and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund decisions within 5 business days and return funds within 10 business days of approval.
